A couple years ago, I went in for a check engine light on. I have to take it twice because they could not figure out why the light kept on turning on. The second time they did not even communicate with me and just changed the air sensor which was new because I had just replaced it myself and charged $1,000 for it. I finally took the car somewhere else where they confirmed it was the transmission, which is a common problem for the type of car I had, they should have known. I was going through stuff in my life that it was very hard to fight this situation with them. I replied with a text message about the situation and never heard back, no solution, no reimbursement, no apology. So, I spent over 1,000 dls for something that did not have remedy. I had left the situation in the past but recently I got some mail advertisement, I have moved several times and found my address, the situation made me angry again. If you are an old customer, you have formed your own opinion from them, if you are new, I would never recommend this place. The second time I took my car for the problem, while waiting in the lobby, I overheard instructions that they had the rule of giving regular customers priority, so new customers were less priority even if they had come for a service first. It seems like they are more concerned about “playing nice,” being nice to customers, and spending on mail advertisements rather than the actual work.
