This was a simple oil change & tire rotation. The appointment was set. It all went like clockwork and I was on my way.

If you want a company that follows a process and is transparent, Quality Auto is THE place! They we upfront about everything, gave prices before they started the work, and didn't try to tack on a bunch of nonsense work to make more money either! The stayed in regular communication and even gave us a loaner vehicle while they worked on ours. I can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are with Quality Auto and their process! ❤️

This place was super quick for my emissions test! In and out in under 30 minutes. Super friendly!!!

Predatory scammers is all I can say. Super high repair bill and they didn't put my vehicle back together correctly. They stole about $20 worth of screws (shop stated that they were never there to begin with but they were) and broke one side of my $200 engine cover on my 2015 Chevy Colorado. Got pics to prove my claims are legit. They will be uploaded with my review. As you can very well imagine this was the first and the last time I will be taking any of my vehicles to them ever again. *Edit* 03-05-2024 Dave made things right and ordered me everything I needed to get my truck back together (Picked up parts today 03-05-2024). Most shops don't own up to things like this when it happens on their watch but he did! I am now a satsified customer to say the least. Thank you again Dave!

This business is run like a well oiled machine. The Front Office Manager is friendly & knowledgeable. My car was inspected almost immediately. The Owner explained necessary repairs in layman’s terms. He is very impressive! I will use Quality Auto for all my car’s needs. I highly recommend this company!!
