My experience was one of the smoothest I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. They were patient and explained all that was recommended, answered my questions, and had it ready for pick up when promised. I will definitely be using them again.

My 2019 Buick Encore would not start. Charging battery did not help. Roadside assistance towed car to Quality Auto Repair for evaluation. QAR found the brake sensor which tells start button to function wasn’t working. Once part was installed they checked battery again and found it would not hold charge so installed new battery after which car started right up. They also tested starter and alternator to ensure those were working properly before calling me to pickup car which is now running great. I live in Maryland Heights so this shop is close and convenient! Service was excellent and provided updates along the way. I moved here and bought car in Aug 2024 so chose QAR bc of its location. They have earned my business for routine maintenance and any repairs going forward.

This was a last minute thing for me, I needed an inspection fast. I found them On google and called the front desk clerk I believe her name is Sarah(sorry if it’s not) but she was a sweetheart & so helpful! I told her what I needed she told me to come straight in. Once I got there as she was entering my information into the system, one of the guys took my car back and literally five minutes after she entered me into the system. He was bringing my keys back saying my car was done, absolutely amazing service. I most definitely recommend them and I will be back for any type of service I need with my vehicle.
