As a person who doesn't know a lot about cars, I appreciate Dave's patience with my questions, and the way he broke down what needed to be done with my car into sessions that were manageable, time- and budget-wise. He also provided a ride home for me on the day when the repairs would take the longest. I will definitely return for other service/repairs.
