I was referred to David at Quality Auto by a facebook group called IKAGG, where you can refer consumers in the group to local vendors you have used in the past. Several people recommended him, so I brought in my SUV to get it checked out. The issue was my car made a weird noise when going above 15 mph. David told me I needed new shocks, struts, suspension, & a general tune-up. The total cost for all of this would be $2,600. I was hesitant about going forward with it because the price was steep compared to other car shops in the area. Instead of trusting my gut, I went ahead and told him to do it. After I got my car back, still was experiencing the weird noises & now it has only gotten worse! I obviously called David to let him know about this & he told me "yeah, bring your car in again so we can go for a test drive. There may be something else wrong with your vehicle." Nobody in their right mind would go back to the same guy who overcharged for something they did not even correctly fix! If there was something else wrong with my vehicle, why was this not determined when I brought it into his shop initially? Now I have to bring my vehicle into a completely different shop & pay even more money to get it fixed the right way... DO NOT go to this place unless you want to pay more than fair price for a service that may or may not even resolve the issue! And then, he will try to upsell you on even more things!
Hi Luc good news for you, I’m very sorry we failed to satisfy your noise concern. We aim for perfection, but in the extreme rare event where we make a mistake, we own it, admit it.
