David educates without being condescending, and answers questions and gives options. I feel like he's looking out for me, and not trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He is also really good about fitting me in quickly. His customer service is top notch. Other bonuses - comfortable waiting room, complimentary drinks, clean bathroom, wifi, loaner cars, and a great sense of humor.
