David is so friendly and knowledgeable. as a woman, I'm always skeptical of mechanics and shops trying to upsell me or mansplain things to me. David educates without being condescending, and answers questions and gives options. I feel like he's looking out for me, and not trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He is also really good about fitting me in quickly. His customer service is top notch. Other bonuses - comfortable waiting room, complimentary drinks, clean bathroom, wifi, loaner cars, and a great sense of humor.

We have used quality auto STL in the past and had excellent results. I made the mistake of going to a dealer for a required maintenance item. They were going to charge me over $3000. I immediately called Dave and he took care of it for about 1/3 of the price. It was done in a day. I am a home health worker and have to have a dependable car. He is honest and very reasonable

My check engine light came on so I brought my car into David’s shop. He charged me $850 to get the check engine light off and I was fine with that. After I picked up the car the check engine came back on not even 24 hours later. So I called David and he said he would look at it and see why. After he looked at it he called me and told me to get the check engine light off it will be another $800 just for a alternator. I’m upset because I would’ve never paid him the first time. He says trusted services with no surprises but that’s definitely a surprise. The car I was trying to get fixed wasn’t even worth $1600 so why would I of put that into it?
