The job is always done right when I come to Quality Auto! I drive 40 minutes and i drive past many auto repair places but it’s worth the drive for me!

Our truck drove like it was on a mission to always get in the left lane. Possibly a former nascar truck. The owner David called me personally with what he advised to do. She is straighter than an arrow down 44 even after hitting all them potholes. Can’t recommend highly enough. Should be 10 stars for customer service.

I went here to get my oil changed and was also having problems with the car overheating. I mentioned this to them and found that my water pump was leaking coolant. They recommended I replace a bunch of other stuff like the radiator hoses, performing a fluid exchange etc for $1689.28. That was as just too much for me so I asked how much it would cost to just replace the water pump and belt in which they quoted me around $1000.00. This price is extremely high considering a new water pump will cost you 200-250 dollars max (at least for my car) and it’s a standard 2 hour job. I understand that most shops will recommend some things so they make more money but this just seemed absurdly high.

Top notch work. Got my truck driving straighter than an arrow. Pretty sure it was a nascar truck before David and his crew got ahold of her.
