I picked these guys mainly because of their reviews and because they were really close to where I lived. I took my car in because I had an issue with it, they test drove the car, ran a diagnostics and highlighted 3 things they could do to fix the car. I could only afford 2 of the 3 things they highlighted (their prices aren't the best but you pay for quality service - one would assume). I paid for 2 of the 3 things they listed and then wanted to do the other option in a month when I could afford it again. Got my car back and no less than a day, the same issues I had before taking the car in started happening again despite them telling me the issue wouldnt persist. So it seemed like I wasted 700 dollars for nothing. I took it back to them a week later assuming and hoping they would fix the issue without charging me anything considering they told me that the issue wouldn't happen again based off what they fixed. But low and behold, they didn't and apparently new issues arose that weren't there last week and they wanted to quote me more to fix it. Overall im really disappointed with the whole exchange and the money i wasted going to them. I spent 700 odd dollars on the service and over 60 dollars on ubers going to and from their offices because they don't have loan cars available. So overall 800 dollars down the drain to be at the exact same spot where I was before I went to them. I won't be going to them again.
